This is my favorite chaat.. Best kattha meetha combination! Here is a short description for you.. Boiled potato(ALOO) mixed with pomegranate pearls(ANARDANA) along with some spices and lemon juice.. This can be served as starter..

I tried it after reading recipe from sanjeev kapoor’s recipe book..I made few changes to suit my taste buds.. One day my mom was like beta there is one boiled potatao in the fridge and am not using it, if you are making something then use that too..But that day i wasnt in the mood to make anything as i was too tired.. Just to use that boiled potato i decided to make this chaat.. That time i had no idea it will turn out so tempting and amazingly tasty..:) 🙂

I dun make this chaat only becoz there is some left boiled potato in the fridge..Now i actually boil potato with full excitement to make this yummy chaat.. 😛

I havent met a person till yet who doesnt like chaats.. So guys what are you waiting for c’mon join me and lets try this most colourful chaat..

Ingredients:

boiled peeled chopped (in small cubes) potato – 1 cup

chopped onion – 1 cup

chopped deseeded tomatoes – 1 cup

pomegranate pearls – 1 cup

chopped green chilli – 1 teaspoon

chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

chaat masala – 1 teaspoon

lemon juice – 2 teaspoon

salt – 1/2 teaspoon

black salt – 1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon

black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl except coriander leaves and toss. Garnish with coriander leaves and fully enjoy your chaat.

Serving Suggestion:

You can serve this chaat with canapes.

Garnish with coriander leaves . And serve immediately!

You can also use peanuts, zero size namkeen, mint leaves, parsley for garnishing.
